The most common cause of faults with window and doors is a lack of maintenance.
Although PVC and aluminium are now the preferred choice by homeowners around the country because they need far less maintenance than a traditional timer window, this doesn’t mean that they are completely maintenance free. There are still moving parts which need attention to ensure they are well lubricated and that there is no debris impeding the operation of your windows or doors.

FAQs
Our new windows came with a guarantee, why do we need a maintenance plan?
Your guarantee will be subject to you (or a third party) carrying out regular maintenance on your windows and doors. If a part failure is found to be caused by a lack of maintenance, then your guarantee will be void. We will provide a written confirmation that the maintenance has been carried out.
Is your maintenance plan only available on frames you install?
No we are able to offer most of our range of maintenance plans to all types of PVC and aluminium frames.
